Louis-Georges Mouton (1862 – 1924) was a French painter for who I was unable to find information. His artworks are sold through auction sites, it seems he created postcards which are also sold to collectors but I was unable to add info about his life and career. Some of his artwork show bdsm and spanking elements, these can be found in the collection via Vintage Fetish Art.
